                          President & CEO,  Sandy Royce Martin,                                is a multi-award winning communicator                              with experience in broadcasting,                                          advertising, marketing, business                                         development, film & radio, community development, economic development, creative writing and litigation support.  She is a certified futurist and certified in economic development and community development.

Procomm has been led successful campaign efforts for several advocacy and human rights campaigns including Medical Marijuana for Arkansas, Non-Discrimination Ordinances in Eureka Springs and Fayetteville, Arkansas, Green Initiatives and developing the first Human Rights Arts & Film Festival in the midwest.
